Ace it is an app that connects teachers and students. Users can create profiles and select their grade, subject, and location. The app then provides a list of matches based on these preferences.
Teachers can create profiles with their name, age, gender, company, subject, and price per lesson, and students can create profiles with their name, age, gender, and subject. Both parties must agree to chat before they can communicate via Ace it’s messaging system.
The app charges a monthly subscription fee of $2 to tutor and students are free, and users can only post pictures related to teaching or their subject. Users should not include personal identification information in their profiles.
How Ace it works?
Steps For Teacher/Tutor
Click on registration on the landing page.
Choose between tutor or student, select tutor and proceed to the tutor registration page.
Fill in name, surname, contact number, valid email address, and password on the tutor registration page.
Verify your account by entering the code sent to your email address, then proceed to the tutor details page.
On the tutor details page, set a profile picture, age, gender, company association (if applicable), grades and subjects you tutor, country, province, city, suburb, rate per lesson and month, and a short description of yourself. Upload your qualification as a PDF.
Pay the $2 subscription fee. Ace it administrators will review your information and notify you via email once you've been accepted. Log in with your email and password to access your dashboard, where you can search for students, view your student list, and chat with your students. Students can be searched by country, province, city, suburb, grade, and subject.
How Ace it works?
Steps for Students
Click on the "Registration" button on the landing page.
Select "Student" as your account type.
Fill in your personal information, including name, surname, contact number, valid email address, and a password on the student registration page.
Verify your email address by entering the code sent to you and click on "proceed to details.
Provide the required information on the tutor details page, including setting a profile picture, your age, gender, grade(s) and subjects you tutor, country, province, city, suburb, and a short description of yourself.
Students are Absolutely free to join and wait for Ace it administrators to review your information and send you an email confirming your acceptance. Once accepted, sign in with your email address and password and start using the platform to search for tutors and access your dashboard.
